About Paul
Paul Asetre is the owner and primary care provider at Arbor AFH and is a BSN Prepared Registered Nurse (RN)
with over twenty years experience in the medical and nursing field. He has worked in the operating room and ER
saving lives for many years and is trained in trauma nursing, as well as in the ICU. Paul started this business as a
home for his elderly parents who also reside on the premises. He has been married for twenty years and has two children. He loves the outdoors and camping, and is a retired Major of the US Army, Nursing Corp.

About Shirley
Shirley Callahan is our resident Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), with over two years’ experience and is currently in the process of being certified in Restorative Care. She has a business major from the Philippines and previously owned and operated Michael Lakeshore Restaurant, the largest restaurant on nearby Anderson Island. Shirley lives in Lakewood with her daughter and son and loves singing and other social activities.

About Beverly
Beverly Menjivar is our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with over twelve years experience in nursing homes and home
healthcare in California and Washington State. She has worked at Lakewood Healthcare for two years, as well as at Western State Hospital in the mental health department, specializing in geriatric care. Beverly has five children and lives with her family, her turtle, Spikey, and her rabbit, November. She enjoys reading, riding her bicycle and spending time with her family.
